MKL team informed us that this should work starting with 2023.1 release. Hence, try this one again to see if it also fixes the new tear down problem.

Thanks. As this looks like a strict improvement by itself, I'll merge this already first.

Seems to work! I'll incorporate that in the other PRs tomorrow or next week.
