Switch the backend for tiles to https://github.com/JuliaGeo/TileProviders.jl
These are mostly auto-generated and easier to maintain than the list we had here, and can be shared with MapTiles.jl and Tyler.jl
Tests wont pass until TileProviders.jl is registered.
