Cannot `convert` into a LibGEOS.GeometryCollection #205

(a) Can't convert a GI geometrycollection into a LibGEOS one ~(b) The error message is buggy (looks like a bad refactor)~ (This was fixed in 0.9.0 but I can't install that on my machine for some reason)
