new docs #182

this puts all previous examples into a new template.

We could continue working on this PR with more docs/examples or continue with more examples in different PRs.

@meggart ? ideas? also for a roadmap of things to include.

Hi @lazarusA thanks a lot for starting the effort of updating the documentation. It would be really great if a preview was available. I have added you as a collaborator to NetCDF.jl, so you should be able to make a PR from inside the repo so the preview should be built.
