I did the required mild changes to adopt to the new package registration process. I wonder whether we should use the opportunity and "drop" Julia v0.7 support, and bump the version to 0.4.0. Also, are there any objections against installing TagBot for this package? It would tag new versions automatically after they are successfully registered, but, in order to do that, requires write access.
