Update year, plotting packages that work with Escher

@shashi Merging this in doesn't actually update escher-jl.org; is there a separate process to push documentation changes?

Yeah, you need to run escher --make on each of the files. (It seems to be broken, I'm fixing it now)

I got the new version up and running on escher-jl.org, also put together a README on how to regenerate the site: https://github.com/shashi/Escher.jl/blob/master/docs/README.md
