WIP: rewrite as a metapackage #207

This removes unnecessary things and adds as documentation, the relevant part of documentation from the JuliaGizmos packages (InteractBase, CSSUtil, WebIO and Observables). Still work in progress, especially as it can only be merged after the release of InteractBulma, which I think will be the default styling package.

Not really. I'd love to see that code go in fact :-)

Closing this one as Interact took that role of metapackage, but I'll probably still turn Escher into Interact + Mux + Blink in a separate PR and point at Interact in the README.
