not registered in Julia 1.3? #343

Installing other packages (e.g. IJulia) works fine for me, but:

(v1.3) pkg> add Interact
[ Info: resolving package identifier `Interact` as a directory at `~/Interact`.
   Cloning git-repo `Interact`
ERROR: Git repository not found at 'Interact'

Oh never mind, I had a directory ~/Interact that was confusing the package manager.
