Not as big a change as it seems from the diff. Default (<g>, css or gradient) colors are just sorted before others now, so that I could use the information "has there been any default colors" to determine whether to include black.
Greece has white in it's flag now, Albania has black. Several countries that don't have black in their flags no longer has it in their colorschemes.
