oklab/oklch for CSS4 and cheap deltaE #531

CSS4 has a new Oklab color space, and the cylindrical version Oklch. It's structured similarly to CIELAB, but fitted with some better data to get more uniformity. The Euclidean delta E from Oklab is better than the analogous DE76 for CIELAB because of the uniformity.

Nevermind, there is a PR #518 for that, plus an issue somewhere else!
