Rework the current material adding what is necessary to allow the notebooks to be rendered by JupyterBook into webpages

Added some directory structure to make things easier to manage
Added titles and necessary tags to notebooks (e.g., cells expected to fail need to be tagged or the notebook execution halts)
Add conda/mamba environment file for setup

can we possibly hook up CI and make a github Pages site?

wish there's a github action for cleaning that too, but I don't see any popular ones
