Franklin or Xranklin? #13

We're using Xranklin at the moment, which is a bit annoying as it's a dev package.

As it hasn't had an update in a year, should we just use Franklin. If Xranklin gets to some release state, we could update then.

N.B. the GitHub action for deployment would need to be updated if we change
