[DOCS] Make More Explicit in the Tutorial That ConditionFilterPersonIDs Can Take a Vector of Disease IDs #55

As @Farreeda and I were working together today on OMOPCDMCohortCreator and we realized that it was not so clear from the tutorials we have that ConditionFilterPersonIDs can take single elements as well as vectors of various conditions we are looking for. it would be good to someday make this more explicit within the tutorial going forward.
