Make clearer and more specific LLVM support claims
Mention parallel testing

I expect the LLVM part to be the controversial part. (https://github.com/JuliaComputingOSS/llvm-cbe/issues/60 is relevant of course.) The codebase supposedly supports many older versions of LLVM, but I assume only the newer ones are actually being tested. I also don't want to put just one version down, because that also doesn't reflect actual use or what the code says.

Oh, I hadn't seen https://github.com/JuliaComputingOSS/llvm-cbe/issues/119… maybe I should limit the LLVM claims further then.
