update REQUIRE #18

This should fix #17. @zznop or someone at JuliaIO, could you activate travis for this, it's a bit strange not to have tests.

Edit: Tests are activated, it's just the link in the README that is wrong.

@zznop Thanks, a new release would be nice too, the last one dates from May 2017.

Note: I can help maintaining this if you want.
