Add Project.toml and delete REQUIRE (https://github.com/JuliaImages/Images.jl/issues/798)
remove ColorTypes and Compat dependency (https://github.com/JuliaImages/Images.jl/issues/802)
upgrade travis.yml and drop julia v0.7 support
