Update dependency versions #40

I open it because this package blocks the documentation https://github.com/JuliaImages/juliaimages.github.io/pull/104 with the modification of the General registry https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General/pull/7342

This package is not under active maintenance since Julia v1.0 and I've never had a chance to try that. By saying this I actually don't know the current status of it; I'm not sure if it is healthy or not.

P.S. I'm still quite busy these days and this "trivial" operation work is what I can do with my limited free time so far.
