Description

This implements the workaround described here to avoid problems loading libjulia. FWIW this workaround was also included in the latest version of pyjulia, so it seems like a consistent way to get around the issue

@Non-Contradiction bump, any chance you could take a look at this please? Would be great to get it released so that Mac can work again on Julia 1.6+
