update uuid for Overrides.toml when using libcxxwrap-julia built from source #82

The README states using [3eaa8342-bff7-56a5-9981-c04077f7cee7] as the uuid for CxxWrap.jl, which is not the uuid defined in Projects.toml for CxxWrap.jl. Perhaps it should be changed to [1f15a43c-97ca-5a2a-ae31-89f07a497df4] there and in the CMakeLists, or maybe I am just confusing things here.
