Fixes for new broadcasting of IntervalBox #85

Tests pass on the current IntervalArithmetic master

Take a look on #83 because some of these issues are solved there.

Oh, I'm sorry I didn't realise. I guess this PR isn't necessary in that case since tests appear to pass on #83. Should I still add functions for interoperability between an IntervalBox and a SVector{Interval} in IntervalArithmetic?
