From this comment, maybe it is worth updating the requirement of Julia 1.3, which is set by IntervalArithmetic.

I think you have to delete this line from .travis.tml, to get rid of testing Julia 1.1.

Can you also delete julia 1.1 from appveyor.yml? Sorry, forgot about it...
