Would be great if the salary portion gave you the option to put in salary by year/month/day/hour and then did any necessary conversions within your Google Doc. A lot of companies are going toward freelancers and "perma-lancers" and I think this app would also be a good tool for starting the conversation on how fair/predatory those hiring trends might be.
