Revert "fix method overwrite warning (replace #115, fix #113) (#119)" #140

This reverts commit b13778e33c4f1aba5439ff3cb35bb7e3a09415e4.

On 1.3 we instead will get:

WARNING: method deletion during Module precompile may lead to undefined behavior
  ** incremental compilation may be fatally broken for this module **

which is even less helpful.
