Noticed the readme is very outdated as well

Hello @gnadt I migrated the site upon request by @ViralBShah iirc but since then not much has happened, however it's great that you're updating this! I'll just make you contributor so that you can merge your changes since I'm sure you know much better than I who's in the team and who's info is outdated :joy:
