No release Tags since v4.10.0 ? #822

only goes up to v4.10.0, and doesn't show eg current v4.13.0

Yes, the TagBot action fails with

git@github.com: Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

I suspect that the SSH key configured as DOCUMENTER_KEY secret does not work anymore, but I don't have sufficient permissions here to check/fix. @ViralBShah could you take a look?
