Stata was never a benchmark that made it into the Julia Benchmark Graph and @johnfgibson actually didn't get the benchmark working himself. Instead of carrying around stata code that does not work, I believe we should remove it, until someone so inclined can "fix it up" and add integrate it to the repo properly. The previous code will still be available via older commits for them to reference off of.

This PR removes the unused stata benchmark.
