TOML 1.0.0 is out, is it fully supported? #33

Hi,

Looking at: https://github.com/toml-lang/toml/wiki

Julia implementation isn't listed until in third section "v1.0.0-rc.1 compliant".

Since 1.0.0 was out in January, and this package is stable in version 1.0.1 in same month (plus changes on maser up to June), is it fully compliant? I don't want to edit their wiki (if I can) stating that unless I know for sure. Do you see any changes you know missing at:
