Windows `ReadOnlyMemoryError()` #149

These sound serious. I'm guessing this means that either we're reading out of bounds, or we're running out of stack.

I suspect this has been fixed by https://github.com/JuliaLinearAlgebra/Octavian.jl/commit/ccd903373524827e92ddb4f68967529e4761626b
