WIP: Data Access Pattern in 0.5 #14

WIP implementation for #13

I have updated DataSubset and its tests to 0.5 so far.

[x] still needs updated documentation
[x] still need to test datasubset

Next I'll port Tom's new verbs (in this PR)

[x] eachobs and shuffled implementation and tests
[x] eachbatch documentation and tests
[x] update documentation to Tuple change
[x] DataIterator documentation
[x] splitobs and batches implementation and tests
[x] viewobs implementation and tests
[x] Split DataIterator into BatchIterator and ObsIterator
[ ] filterobs implementation and tests
[ ] infinite_batches and infinite_obs
[x] KFolds, kfolds, leaveout implementation and tests

Also I shall try to update the package documentation a bit and try avoid breaking changes if I can

[ ] docstrings for getobs and nobs
[ ] Try to deprecate old API without breaking code
[ ] Update Readme to reflect new changes
[x] Nicer show methods for custom types

Coverage increased (+1.6%) to 99.052% when pulling adc6baada68abc45c5e98ac05e461f109614e887 on refactor0.5 into d5503fccb665b3ad37b588536896d203695ae3c8 on master.
