Citation for Interpolations.jl #532

We should make Interpolations.jl citable. My current plan is to submit the next revision to Zenodo.

@koehlerson used the following in his preprint:

@tomasaschan @timholy @awadell1 @sglyon do you have any thoughts about how we would like Interpolations.jl to be cited.

No issues with (or, indeed, opinions on) format, ordering etc, but please spell my name Tomas Aschan - no H in Tomas, and using my current last name (even if that was not my name when I did work on this library) 😁

I mentioned some of this to Max already. I was not sure if you wanted "Tomas Aschan" or "Tomas Lycken Aschan". We'll go with "Tomas Aschan" at your request. Thanks for clarifying!

Sorry for the typo, already corrected it in the version for submission. Probably the License file should be updated accordingly.
