CompatHelper: bump compat for "WoodburyMatrices" to "1.0" #574

This pull request changes the compat entry for the WoodburyMatrices package from 0.4, 0.5 to 0.4, 0.5, 1.0.

This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
