Update musescore command and use FileIO save

Hi, musescore3 has been changed to musescore and mscore in Linux and OSX. Also updated to FileIO.save since writeMIDIFile is deprecated.

good point, also increment the version number in Project.toml.

Aaaah, this library desperately needs to move to Makie...
