Currently http://www.juliaopt.org/MathOptInterface.jl/v0.9.1/apimanual/#Duals-1 redirects to http://jump.dev/MathOptInterface.jl/v0.9.1/apimanual/. With this change it redirects to http://jump.dev/MathOptInterface.jl/v0.9.1/apimanual/#Duals-1.
