Request: release a new version #378

There's a few things I want to test before releasing the next version of jlrs, which increases the minimum supported Rust version from 1.65 to 1.77. From what I can tell this version of Rust is already available, but there hasn't been a release of BinaryBuilderBase that uses a more recent version than 1.73.

NB: dev'ing BinaryBuilderBase does lead to Rust 1.77 being used, so I can work around the issue.
