Request: ParaView #3530

I gave it a go a while back, and didn't even get close. This is an "optional" dependency for several libraries, and some at very difficult to build without it.

If I recall correctly I gave up when the yak shaving got to Mesa, which is a whole new yak.

This probably would need a vtk build which I tried, see #615 . However so far I was only able to get this going for linux, and failed with win and mac, and I stopped for now. In any case it would be good to have a separate VTK_jll.jll which can be used other packages as well, see e.g. https://github.com/j-fu/VTKView.jl which I don't promote due to lacking mac+win support.
