Support PBSPro #133

Added PBSPro struct and use -J instead of -t option during qsub

Closes #89

Adding a new manager just for the PBSPro version of PBS seems too much. The issue linked seems to suggest that a simple switch regarding the -t flag would be enough. Closing for now. Please check the latest release.
