This mostly just adds the ThunkOptions and SchedulerOptions docstrings to the docs, along with some other minor improvements:

Enabled showing docstrings for Chunk and Shared
Added more links to task-spawning.md
Fixed the formatting of the argument lists in ThunkOptions and SchedulerOptions so they're displayed properly.
