Add google/pprof license to our LICENSE, following the "redistribution" terms of the Apache license #10

Adds https://github.com/google/pprof/blob/master/LICENSE to a deps/LICENSE-google-pprof file.

Per the Apache license on google/pprof, we need to also distribute the license along with any copies of the work or derivative work (and I'm assuming that the compiled binary is derivative work)
