Hi. I haven't been on top of things lately. I'll try to look at these changes. I'd like to figure out how the CI checks are working (or test manually) before I merge so I don't break things.

Not sure why the change is necessary (maybe precompile can't be in an if statement?).

Ok. Doesn't like const. I'll try to remember how to tag a new release now.
