use 0.6.0-pre as minimum julia version in REQUIRE #7

since abstract type syntax wouldn't work in early 0.6.0-dev versions, better to stick to julia-0.5-compatible versions of the package there

Should I create a new tag for all the packages for which you altered to REQUIRE julia 0.6.0-pre?

not if this is the only thing that changed. to tighten requirements of past tags, needs to be done in place on the metadata requires files. I have a bunch done on a branch, will probably open a PR after more of these get merged
