Resize table of contents with cell width

Sometimes it is necessary to increase the width of the cells to accommodate long equations. Unfortunately, the size of the table of contents is not based on the cell size, which causes the table to display on top of the cells. It would be nice auto resize the table of contents so that cells can be expanded.
