keep footnote in all generated html #10

move the footnote section from the homepage template to layout.jlhtml, so that it's automatically included in all pages. The footnote has the link to the site source-code and the acknowledgements, (julia, pluto and computational thinking class), so I think it's nice to have it in all pages.

Practically, this will involve also moving a few bits of css from homepage.css to layout.css, to make sure the foot-note is displayed nicely.
