Document how to update a fork with updates from us #14

Maybe move PlutoPages out into a package :)

We will make https://github.com/JuliaPluto/PlutoPages.jl and we thibnk that then all updates will go to this package, and this template won't change too much.

Maybe https://github.com/JuliaPluto/computational-thinking-template/blob/main/tools/update_notebook_packages.jl could also be in the package or in another package!
