exclude not work #16

It seems the exclude parameter not work.

First of all, I am extremely sorry for the delay in replying, I somehow missed the issue completely :((

Integration with PlutoSliderServer.jl is a bit experimental, but I agree except should work. I'll try to take a look this week.
