PlutoUI showcase no longer working with Binder #17

On the page 'PlutoUI' showcase, the option to `run in the cloud with binder' no longer seems to be working. This is also true for other websites using PlutoUI for interactivity. Now, on clicking 'run', it get stuck on 'connecting to backend'. The status tracker displays a spawn error.

mmmm, this makes me think it might be a general issue with PlutoUI and not related with the template? To make sure I understand, it's true for e.g. the notebook on the plutojl.org website true: https://featured.plutojl.org/basic/plutoui.jl
