Issue of compiler with OpenSSL lib linux mint 19 #156

Hi, I have been trying to develop my own julia module on a linux mint 19. However, I keep getting this error. I once got rid of it by reinstalling julia but after a while it is back again. I would appreciate if you could help me to solve this problem.

Not really reproducible unless you post the code that led to the error…

Also, post error messages as text quoted in ``` backticks, not as screenshots.
