Change name to TradeInstrument #16

This will make it consistent with other stubbed projects in the JuliaQuant organization, which includes TradeAccount, TradeModels, TradeAnalysis.

The reason that this wasn't originally named TradeInstrument is because there is a trademark out on TradeSignal. But TradingSignal planned functionality will be placed into TradeModels for now, so that is moot.

Heads up @Aviks, @spencerlyon2, @Calder. Also, the package is being moved over to JuliaQuant shortly as well.

Okay, done. Not sure how this affects METADATA but I suppose we'll find out. I'm going to let this change settle before transferring ownership to JuliaQuant.
