As suggested by Acroy and Jrevels, we can use Docile.jl to document our packages and host the docs through http://readthedocs.org as this has been widely adopted by many other Julia projects. It will become a standard way of documenting for JuliaQuantum projects. Better suggestions are open, yet will be closed when the QuBase.jl project proves the best way to work out in practice. Documentation will be eventually linked on our website.
