I will merge the PR to catch up the raising sun on the side of the earth, and do my edit shortly. Please keep an eye on possible mistakes. Per recent need, I am going to give Amit write access to this repo to act as me. I would like to suggest the rest of JuliaQuantum team to discuss if Amit should have the permeant write access to the repo. Anyway, post a PR is always a good thing for anyone to bump up something new.
