This involves the PR https://github.com/JuliaQuantum/JuliaQuantum.github.io/pull/34 which seems to be an automated PR ! In addition to the badge on the repo, this PR has the integration of sidebar gitter chat. @i2000s I hope this is ready !

I think it might be better to add the Amit-Gitter handle on the footer or header. Then it will be shown up on every page. Don't you think so? Thank you for the nice work!
